Open the digital indicator cover. The manifold has 5 valves. 2 isolation valves to isolate the pressure transmitter from the process fluid. 1 balancing valve to equalize the measuring chambers. 2 test/drain valves to drain the measurement process fluid. Isolate the pressure transmitter from the process fluid by closing both isolation valves simultaneously. Balance the two pressure chambers by opening the valve to avoid any unilateral pressure that could damage the pressure sensor. Open the two vent/drain plugs on the transmitter to set the measuring chambers at atmospheric pressure. On the digital indicator, press the "Mode" key for 3 seconds to access the configuration menu. Press the "+" key several times until the "L-1: Lrv Adj" setting: Zero setting. Press the "Mode" key to enter the "L-1: Lrv Adj" menu Press the "Mode" key to accept the zero value Press the "Mode" key to show the saving menu Press the "Mode" key to save the setting Press the "+" key to get out of the "L-1: Lrv Adj" menu Press the "Mode" key for 3 seconds to get out of the setting menu Check the displayed measurement value and confirm zero value Close and tight the two vent/drain plugs on the transmitter Open the isolation valves of the fluid process simultaneously Separate the two chambers of the pressure transmitter by closing the balancing valve Open the drain valves to drain the fluid process. Beware of the risk of fluid projection. Close the drain valves. Assemble and tight the digital indicator cover.
