Favorite Fantasy Books: Historical Edition

Of late, I've been really enjoying historical fantasy novels (obsessed might be a better description). Specifically, historical fantasy novels set in England during the 1800s. Unlike high fantasy novels, historical fantasy novels are set in our mundane world but with magical elements and creatures.
