Take a walk with me round the streets of Payatas Quezon City Philippines. Payatas is a Barangay located in the 2nd district of Quezon City Metro Manila Philippines. Most of the residents here fall below the poverty level living in pretty harsh conditions. The more developed areas contain a mix of housing sites, business centers, civic centers, educational and recreational parks.
