Exploring Witty’s Lagoon’s Hidden Waterfall! 💧🌲 | Long Trail Adventure | Part 1

It’s been a little while since my last video! After getting back from Port Hardy, I had a lot to catch up on with work, but now I’m finally back and ready to explore more of Vancouver Island. 🌲 For this adventure, we headed to Witty’s Lagoon Regional Park in Metchosin, starting with one of the park’s easiest and most rewarding sights — Sitting Lady Falls. The waterfall is surprisingly accessible, making it a great little stop before heading deeper into the park. From there, we had two trails to choose from. Instead of taking the shorter beach route, we decided to take the long trail and see where it would lead us. This trail takes you through the forest and deeper into Witty’s Lagoon, with plenty of scenery along the way. Witty’s Lagoon is part of the Capital Regional District’s regional park system and has a network of trails through the natural landscape. 🌿 This is Part 1 of our Witty’s Lagoon adventure — and we had no idea exactly what we were going to find along the way.
