You can stitch the ends of a flat blank together to do something similar. [4:19] Presoaking the blank in plain tap water for [5:24] The dyepot 16 cups of water + 4 T white vinegar 1 T 1% Dharma True Turquoise + The stock solution bottle rinsed out (15-18 mL total) 1T 2% stock solution of Dharma True black The yarn doughnut is 100 g [7:23] Add the yarn to the cool pot Squeeze out the presoak water before adding it and let it sink into the pot Turn on the heat and heat the pot for 20 minutes [8:32] Thoughts on Color Breaking [11:45] Checking in after 20 minutes, then 40 minutes after 40 minutes I pressed the blank a few times to let the color into the middle 4 T white vinegar [14:14] 40 minutes later, adding a yarn mop (1 hr 20 minutes total time in the pot) Heat for 20 more min then turn off hte heat and let it cool completely.
