Pinan Nidan Bunkai

Ms. Lara Chamberlain facilitates a demonstration of Pinan Nidan Bunkai through some of her senior level students. This video has both medium and slow speed versions. Ms. Chamberlain started practicing Matsubayashi-ryu karate in 1985.  In 2019, she became the founder of Tiida-ryū (Tenyō-ryū).  She was a dedicated student of Shoshin Nagamine, Takayoshi Nagamine, and Yasuharu Makishi.  All of her videos are an effort to share all of the teachings she has received over the years.   Visit her website at www.sczenkarate.org to see more about Tiida-ryū.
