F1's "Normal" Driver, Liam Lawson

Liam Lawson is a Formula One driver who divides opinion. For some, he is a promising driver with plenty of potential. For others, he is simply a Red Bull failure clinging on to his career in the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls Team. Regardless of the opinions we hold on Lawson, the fact he made it to F1, given his less typical middle class New Zealand background, means he's already something of a winner. In this video we explore Lawson's younger days, his time as Max Verstappen's teammate, and make comparisons to the former Red Bull reject, Pierre Gasly. Perhaps Liam's greatest achievement is maintaining his authenticity whilst under the scrutiny of immense media speculation and contract uncertainty. 0:00 Introduction 0:40 The Journey So Far 1:57 Family Sacrifice 3:48 Lawson's Driving 5:30 A Driver Reborn 6:12 Already A Winner Check out some more motorsport documentaries from other creators here:    • The Day Hamilton Reached Perfection
