HTV West Start Up 1970 (Mock)

A mock version of the first Colour HTV West start up. HTV used their HTV Aerial symbol on both the Testcard and it's ITA Board, the only ITV region to do this. So the year is 1970, the time, about 4.20pm in the afternoon (they woke up quite late in the early 70's) and enjoy a bit of retro history.
