Amazing Views - Brunch at Ciel! Revolving Restaurant in Quebec City

Ciel! Ciel is a revolving restaurant atop Hotel Le Concorde that provides a 360 degree view of the city of Quebec, St-Lawrence River, and the city of Levis to the east. Food was wonderful, service was attentive, and the views were spectacular. Overall fun experience for the family.
