A look back at the 76 year history of the Manitoba Buddhist Temple. The temple was constructed by a group of Japanese-Canadians who followed the Jodo Shinshu "Shin" sect of Pureland Buddhism. The Manitoba Buddhist Temple is affiliated with the Jodo Shinshu Buddhist Temples of Canada and the Nishi Hongwanji in Kyoto, Japan.
