In today's episode, Rev walks us through the steps for cutting and processing Yellowfin Tuna, or 'Ahi' as we call them in Hawaii. Properly filleting a fish of this size (over 100 lbs) can be difficult, but with some patience, a sharp knife, and a good teacher, any joe-shmo can get the job done. We also decided to put our cutting skills to the test in an impromptu fish cutting showdown, and go head to head filleting two small mahi.
