Addeham Enna Iddeham (അദ്ദേഹം എന്ന ഇദ്ദേഹം) is a 1993 Malayalam action-comedy thriller. Josy Perera, a kind-hearted but ordinary man, struggles to earn money for his sister's medical treatment. His life takes a dramatic turn when he is mistaken for a notorious criminal because they share a similar identity. This misunderstanding drags him into the dangerous world of gangsters, police investigations, and violent criminals. At the same time, Benny, a former gangster who has recently been released from prison, becomes involved in the events. As Josy tries to escape the criminals and prove his innocence, he faces several comic and action-filled situations. With courage and the help of his allies, he eventually exposes the real criminals, clears his name, and restores peace.
