Family Rural Life in the Carpathians ❤️ Homemade Cooking, Melon Soup and Pie & Winter Preserves

High in the Carpathian Mountains, beside a quiet river, lives a young family, Andriy and Tetiana. 🏔️ Their happy rural life is filled with daily chores, farm work, delicious homemade food, and warm family moments. Today, the family has a busy day ahead! Early in the morning, Andriy and Tetiana head out to take care of their animals. Tetiana milks the cow, while Andriy feeds the cow, the calf, and the piglet. The little kittens are also waiting for their fresh milk. After finishing their morning chores, the whole family gathers to enjoy a hot cup of coffee with fresh homemade milk. ☕🐄 Meanwhile, Tetiana gets busy preparing delicious homemade dishes. Today's menu is special: melon soup, homemade melon pie, a flavorful mushroom salad with vegetables, and a hearty casserole with meat and potatoes. Everything is prepared with love, filling the kitchen with the wonderful aromas of home cooking. 🍈🍲 There is also plenty of gardening to do. Andriy and Tetiana decide to move a boxwood bush that has grown in an inconvenient spot. Digging it up turns out to be quite a challenge! Andriy pulls so hard that he even falls over. Fortunately, everything turns out fine. The boxwood is replanted in a new location, leaving space for Tetiana to plant beautiful flowers. Andriy continues improving the family yard by building a wooden fence and attaching the fence boards. Their elderly grandfather is busy too. He shakes apples from the tree, gathers the harvest, and rakes the fallen leaves. 🍎 Meanwhile, Tetiana prepares another traditional homemade dairy dish called *vudz*, made from fresh cow's milk. She also starts preparing winter preserves by salting cucumbers and tomatoes, so the family can enjoy their own homegrown vegetables during the cold winter months. 🥒🍅 When all the work is finally finished, the family gathers around the table. A delicious homemade lunch is ready, prepared with love and care. This is true rural life in the Carpathians: working outdoors, looking after the homestead, cooking homemade meals, enjoying family life, and appreciating the simple pleasures of every day.
