Dodge Raceway Stadium mod for NASCAR Thunder 2004 on PC

I ported the track from NASCAR SimRacing! Also added light glows and proper shadows on the car when driving through the dark parts (afaik SimRacing didn't have that). I'm also trying to port the Montreal track from F1 Challenge 99-02... getting close but still getting crashes in some parts so it may be impossible.
