Stick Masters on the Monongahela (Well, Usually 😂) | U.S. Steel Nest Stella & Irvin (10/15)

It's not the first time - and likely not the last - that we see one of our U.S. Steel eagles dangling upside-down from the stick they were attempting to grab. This time, it was Stella's turn. Nestorations aren't always graceful.... but you have to admit, she handled that one quite smoothly! And recovery was instant. Stella AND Irvin got straight to work with plenty of successful stick deliveries throughout the morning, as is their norm. It was a beautiful day on the mighty Monongahela. Consistency, resiliency, dedication... As a reminder, here are the prominent event dates from last season at the U.S. Steel nest: Eggs: 2/20, 2/23, 2/26 Hatches: 3/29 (USS9/Sid), 3/31 (USS10/Maz), 4/3 (USS11/Hutch) Fledges: (Sid) 6/19, (Maz) 6/22, (Hutch) 6/25 You can review the complete playlist of my U.S. Steel Eagles videos from the 2025-2026 season here:    • U.S. Steel Bald Eagles - Nest of Stella & ...   Screen recordings from @PixCams - U.S. Steel nest - Pennsylvania Visit the cam to check in on Stella & Irvin LIVE & follow their story.... ~*~*~*~ Let's Get Social!
