Rescued by Jesus (The Life of Peter, Part 42 - Acts 12:6-19) - The Broadman Word for 9/25/2026

When we talk about Jesus saving someone, we are often talking about the spiritual moment of salvation. However, here we see the moment where God saves Peter from prison on the night before his most likely martyrdom. This miraculous moment certainly makes us think of how God rescues us, but it also gives us the moment where Peter is resting when the angel from the Lord visits him.
