Hi, and welcome back to Jenesque Gaming. I, uh, recently got into housing in ESO, which is weird considering I've been playing the game for almost 10 years now and never got deep into it before. While this isn't technically my first from-scratch build, this is the first one I'm showing you. My first is a festive themed market town which I'll share in a video soon. For now you get an Ayleid-themed Library, using the Grand Psijic Villa as a canvas.
