Southern style on the TP&W with NS and CSX bonus footage. 10-4 and 10-6-2026

This program starts off on Sunday October 4th with a shot of Norfolk Southern’s Lafayette District local D93 east at Clymers. Most of the cars on this train are destined for the TP&W at Logansport. Fast forward to Tuesday October 6th, we see a westbound 61 car freight on the Tip-Up’s Indiana Subdivision. IMRR 2108, a chopped-down former Southern GP38-2 leads TPW 3481 and 61 cars. 2108 retains its high bell and does its old owners proud in its current life. The colorful train is seen at France Park, Milepost 10, and finally Idaville. An impromptu stop is made shortly after the train cleared my camera at Milepost 11 but the train resumed movement to Burnettsville to wait on brush clearing work. Ending the day at Reynolds, CSX M647 is seen heading south towards Lafayette with a couple of cookie cutter GEVO locomotives leading the way. Thanks for watching!
