Since the 1950s, Orient has been the third most famous Japanese watch brand behind the superpowers of Seiko (Orient’s parent company today) and Citizen. However, despite a cult following for their budget dive and dress watches, this is a company using antiquated movements and with a backward-looking brand presence.
