September 12 is a day I will always remember because it is the birthday of my baby girl, Paisley Rae. 🤍 This episode is for Paisley, and for every mama who has loved a baby she didn’t get enough time with. Pregnancy loss and miscarriage can leave behind a kind of grief that people don’t always understand. There are birthdays, due dates, pregnancy announcements, little reminders, questions, memories—and sometimes moments when you can feel completely okay one minute and completely heartbroken the next. In this special conversation, I’m opening up about pregnancy loss, grief, motherhood after loss, faith, healing, remembering our babies, and learning that moving forward does not mean leaving them behind.
