Linier Tour House in Galle

This Particular Client Reached me over the phone after seeing our YouTube Channel and we undertook the assignment without visiting the site as the client had only a need of a plan being drawn to be submitted to the Local Authority. It was found by the client as the site is too narrow and having a road front of 20ft while having a depth of 109 ft that no one could meet the design brief requirement placed on scale in a productive manner. We started the design process after seeing site on photographs and obtaining site physical measurements from the client. We were able to achieve the requirement of a two story house with four bedrooms and two toilets and a big hall that could accommodate living and dining together. We started with the concept of a linier tour from the road to the back of the land and placed the living and dining facing the rear garden and taking the user from the gate to the living walking parallel to the blank wall of two story house to the left. In the upper floor we were able to create a reverse journey towards thew road side and place the master bedroom with a balcony facing the road over the garage by offering the climax of the linier tour to the owner of the house.
