Groceries: 4 small to medium skinless bone-in chicken thighs 1 small bell pepper (color does not matter) 1/2 onion (color does not matter) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 cup unbleached all purpose flour 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 2 cups chicken stock 2 cups unenriched rice of your choice 3 cups of water Instructions 1. Remove the skin from the chicken thighs 2. cut onions and bell peppers to bite-size dice 3. Place everything together in one bowl and all seasonings, with olive oil 4. coat all ingredients with the flour 5. Add everything to the Instant Pot Dual Action Multi-Cooker 6. Pour chicken stock in. 7. Rinse rice and add to the rice cooker side 8. Add 3 cups of water 9.
