“ABAHAMBE!”: (Part 3) Soweto’s Raw Truth on Immigration

We rolled into Soweto with police cars lining the street and a crowd already on edge. What started as a simple interview turned into being swarmed by locals chanting “Abahambe” they must go. From there we walked into a neighborhood where police were removing an Indian-owned business, and spoke to residents including a controversial foreign national from Lesotho. This is the most intense chapter of the series. #marchandmarch #operationdudula #trendingsa #TheForeignView #Soweto #SouthAfrica #Johannesburg #SAProtest #StreetInterview #Documentary #Abahambe
