How to Install Relics of the Past for Cemu (v3.1.2)

This short guide show you how to Install Relics of the Past for Cemu whether or not you have BCML installed. (BCML is better because it allows other mods to be used with nearly no crashes) (Relics of the Past has been updated so make sure that you use the latest version and not 3.1.2) If further assistance is needed join the relics discord, because the devs are better at troubleshooting than I am.
