VoiceISO says it strips the background noise out of a vocal at zero latency and almost no CPU. That is the exact thing I have been hunting for a year, so I bought it on camera and ran it against the plugin I actually use live.
Same test as last time. Caleb's vocal from Colony House at the Pinnacle, mic sat right in front of the drum kit, which is about the hardest source I deal with on that gig. Not a cleaned-up demo file, just the passage I was already fighting with.
Short version: I could barely hear it working. Light and Lite are so marginal on this vocal that I kept second guessing whether I had bypassed it, and when I pushed it to 120% the thing I heard most was the vocal getting thinner. Full mode wants a license I do not have, so I could not test it all the way. If that is the mode where it comes alive, I would like to hear it.
For what it's worth, this is the cheapest of the three I have tried. ClearVoice Live is $299, De-Feedback is $499, VoiceISO is $199, and Supertone Clear, which is the one I think is genuinely great, is $69 and adds about 32ms at 48k so I can't put it on a show.
There is also a couple of minutes at the top about Samply being down, because I think it's a good reminder that the cloud is not a backup.
The fart plugin is real and it's free:

I put the same passage through every setting on my site if you'd rather judge it yourself:

Gear and software in this one:
VoiceISO, Mazesoft
De-Feedback V1, Alpha Labs
Supertone Clear
ClearVoice Live
Fart Blaster 3000
Logic Pro and Pro Tools
Screen Studio
Thank you SoundsService710 for the recommendation. Phase Lock is next, my buddy Thomas Doolin sent it over. If there's something else you want me to put through this, say so in the comments.
