Understanding PMU Data (Sascha von Meier)

This talk provides an introduction to "synchrophasor" or "phasor measurement unit" (PMU) data. PMUs are increasingly used in industry for situational awareness, model validation, and for diagnosing issues on the grid. The talk describes how to make sense of PMU data, and how to interpret the data in the context of what's happening on the grid.
