Clubpenguin- The Fall Fail

Cosmo201 and Lilly9oo1, tell Popsoff1 about the Fall Fair, unfortunately, he does horrible at the games, so he considers it as, "The Fall Fail." Is it The Fair? Or is it just him being horrible at the games? Special thanks to Lilly9oo1 and Cosmo201!!!
