Western Days Car Show 2026

The 2026 Western Days Car Show brought KAMAU Classics a little closer to home. Literally. This annual event takes place right here in our current hometown of Twin Falls, Idaho. This was our third time attending Western Days, but our first time showing up specifically to capture it for the KAMAU Classics channel. And, as always, the intent was pretty simple: make fine art out of fine art. It’s what we do. What makes this show a little different for us is that many of these cars—and their owners—are familiar faces. These are machines we see cruising around town, parked at local events, and occasionally catch a glimpse of out in the wild. There’s a certain amount of hometown pride that comes with seeing them all gathered together. And Twin Falls continues to surprise me. For a relatively small town in Southern Idaho, there is an incredibly strong and thriving classic car culture here. Western Days was chock-full of some unexpectedly fabulous rides, from beautifully preserved classics to customs, hot rods, muscle cars, cruisers, and a few machines that simply stopped me in my tracks. But the cars are only part of why we enjoy doing this. It’s getting to talk with the owners, hearing the stories behind the machines, and sharing that common appreciation for keeping these incredible pieces of automotive history alive—and out on the road where they belong. So come walk the 2026 Western Days Car Show with us as we capture a little bit of the classic car culture we're proud to have right here at home.
