Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000T Failure - Warren County, Ohio - 1/2/2019

Well, this was disappointing. This Thunderbolt 1000T (installed around 2 years ago by Federal Field Services as a refurbished unit) failed to test today. The cause of the failure is unknown at this time, but I believe something tripped the breaker in the control box. Right after the tones went over, the siren did a very brief rotation and suddenly quit. If FFS gets this siren repaired, I'll probably try to record it again. This siren is located at Middleboro Road and Ohio 132. You can also hear several other sirens in the distance including a T-128 (located at The Park United Methodist Church in Zoar) and possibly a P-15 (Goshen?). *UPDATE* - This siren is up and working again!
