SUNTEC City ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਘੋਟਾਲੇ 'ਚ ਘਿਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦੋ IAS ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ED ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ 'ਚ ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਤੱਥ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਹੈ ਕਿ 2024 'ਚ AAP ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਬਿਲਡਰ ਅਜੈ ਸਹਿਗਲ ਨੂੰ ਨਰਮ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਲਾਭ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ, ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦਲੀਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਉਸ ਵਕਤ ਦੇ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਜਨਰਲ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। -------- Interesting facts emerged during the ED questioning of two Punjab government IAS officers embroiled in the SUNTEC City land scam.
