Meritage & Lennar in Blossom Rock, Apache Junction | Should You Move Past Eastmark?

Touring Blossom Rock in Apache Junction, one of the newest communities in the East Valley and just a few minutes past Eastmark. In this video I’m walking through homes from both Meritage Homes and Lennar, two of the several builders in this community, since Blossom Rock is big enough that one tour won’t cover it all. Blossom Rock sits east of East Mesa in Apache Junction, close to Superstition Mountain views, with homes currently priced from the $500s depending on builder and floorplan. It’s part of a larger master planned community with parks, trails, and a catch and release lake, plus a clubhouse and pool right next to the lake called The Dutch, and a couple of extensive dog parks throughout the neighborhood. Meritage’s section here is the Reserve Series, and Lennar has their own collection of floorplans within the community as well. In this video I’m showing you inside homes from both builders and giving you a feel for the community itself, the amenities, and what it’s like out here.
