Witch's Broom ( official Video Clip) Lea Maria Fries

Witch’s Broom explores questions of power: Who’s in and who’s out? Who leads, who once did, and who will? At its core, the song celebrates raw, unapologetic feminine strength and beauty, while reflecting on the patriarchal structures that still linger in the music industry. Yet the ground is shifting — and Witch’s Broom claims that space with fire and grace. 🔥 Growing up in the Swiss countryside, I’ve always felt most at home in nature. That connection inspired the visual world of the video, created in collaboration with artist and art director Stanislas Augris. Together, we crafted a mood board that set the tone: the witch as raw, poetic, and powerful. Drawing from my admiration for David Lynch, we embraced a surreal, atmospheric aesthetic — one that resonates with the tension and beauty found both in my music and these images.
