Jaipur Meter Gauge Train Journey(Now Extinct☹)

Meter Gauge was once upon a time prevalent across Indian Railways and connected several major cities. But with the widespread advent of the Broad Gauge with bigger and faster trains, Meter Gauge started disappearing and is now relegated to only a few remote places in India. A lot of the Meter Gauge lines have been shut and converted to Broad Gauge in the past decade and the latest entrant to this list is the Akola-Ratlam line. However, a few Meter Gauge lines are still existent and one of them is the Jaipur-Churu section of North Western Railway in Rajasthan. One Intercity Express and a few Passenger trains run on this line daily. This video showcases the run from Jaipur to Ringas which is midway en-route to Sikar. This line has now been permanently shut for gauge conversion.
