Unity of Bellingham presents: "Hmmm, I've Been Thinking..." By: Rev. Frank Castro-Wehr Imagine a board game where you must move multiple wooden pieces around a board strategically but frustratingly, just cannot seem to get the pieces across the finish line. Then someone graciously alerts you to a rule of the game – you can exchange the wooden pieces with bright colored and pleasant tokens of all shapes and sizes and put them where you want on the board! The game becomes so much more enjoyable!! Our thoughts are our game pieces, and we can replace them, adjust them and use them to embrace life, love, friends, accomplishments, joys, peace and calm. What do we choose to think about all day?
