Another hugely popular item on the menu is their fried rice. The secret to its deliciousness lies not only in the quality of the ingredients but also in the "heat applied." To ensure the rice is piping hot to the core, the owner vigorously tosses the pan with his whole body. The owner, who transitioned from the apparel industry, says, "Clothes and ramen are the same; it's not just about making delicious food, but also about continuously thinking about how to make customers happy."
