Do Not Forget, He Never Sleeps

Original Christian Worship Song There are seasons in life when worries become overwhelming, burdens seem too heavy to carry, and the answers to our prayers appear far away. We look at the difficulties surrounding us and sometimes forget that, beyond everything we can see, God is still reigning upon His throne. Nothing escapes His watchful eyes, no burden is too great for His power, and no cry of a troubled heart goes unheard before Him. “Do Not Forget, He Never Sleeps” is an original Christian worship song about God's sovereign rule, His unfailing faithfulness, and the tender care of our Heavenly Father. Inspired by the words of Jesus about the birds of the air, this song reminds us that the One who feeds the smallest creatures of His creation will never overlook those He has made in His own image. Even when we cannot understand His ways or see His hand at work, we can find peace and rest in Jesus Christ. The chorus offers a gentle yet powerful reminder of this blessed assurance: Do not forget: He never sleeps, He works for you, your soul He keeps; Be still in Christ, in Him find rest, For He is faithful, He knows best. This song invites us to look beyond the size of our problems and remember the greatness of our God. The Lord who governs the universe also knows our deepest needs, sees our tears, and hears our prayers. His faithfulness does not depend on our circumstances, and His love does not diminish when the answers we seek are delayed. Though He has not promised a life without trials, He calls us to cast our cares upon Him, trust His perfect wisdom, and rest in the assurance that He is always watching over His children. 📖 Key Verse: He rules the world as sovereign King, And in His hand is everything; There is no problem, great or small, Too hard for God, the Lord of all. 📖 Biblical References: 📖 Matthew 6:26 – “Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap [...] yet your heavenly Father feedeth them.” (KJV) 📖 1 Peter 5:7 – “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” (KJV) 📖 Psalm 121:4 – “Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.” (KJV) 📖 Philippians 4:6–7 – “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.” (KJV) 📖 Psalm 103:19 – “The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.” (KJV) ✨ Share This Blessing!
