Founder of the Modern Dree Festival of the Apatanis | Life and times of Lod Kojee.

Visionary and a true son of the soil. Lod Kojee rekindled the sacred spirit of Dree and carried the prayers of our ancestors into the hearts of generations to come. Through his vision, devotion and foresight, the first unified Dree Festival was organised in 1967 under his able leadership - transforming the ancient Dree rituals, into a common community festival of unity, identity and enduring pride of the Apatanis.
