PS4 HDMI Port Soldering — The Right Way

No HDMI signal? In this video, I replace a damaged HDMI port on a game console and show the entire soldering process step by step. The connector is prepared with flux and solder, while the PCB is heated from the opposite side to reduce the risk of damaging nearby SMD components. Once the solder melts, the new HDMI connector is carefully positioned, inspected and touched up with a soldering iron. Hot-air station settings used in this repair: 🔥 Temperature: 400°C 💨 Airflow: 80% After soldering, we inspect every pin, clean the board and test the console.
