Reaching Rara Lake is not easy. It took us around 24 hours of travel, passing through remote mountain landscapes, challenging roads, beautiful villages and the legendary Karnali Highway. The journey itself became an adventure! 🚙💨 From the high mountains of Sandakpur to the remote landscapes of western Nepal, every kilometer brought a new view and a new experience. The Karnali Highway is known for its difficult terrain and challenging road conditions, making this road trip one of the most memorable parts of our Nepal journey. 🌊 Rara Lake is located in Mugu District, Karnali Province, and is Nepal’s largest lake.
