[NEL] CCL Tunnel Works reminder - Special Train Announcement

Due to tunnel works on the Cicle Line from 17 January to 19 April 2026, CCL train service between Paya Lebar and HarbourFront had wait times increased to 3 minutes during peak hours as trains were turning around at Paya Lebar middle platform. Due to increased crowd levels at major CCL interchange stations such as Serangoon, announcements on alternative transfer stations to CCL destinations were broadcasted after the Serangoon next station announcement on NEL trains.
