Junior Law Enforcement Academy 2026

Take a look at the Thomasville Police Department’s Junior Law Enforcement Academy (JLEA), a hands-on experience designed to introduce local youth to law enforcement, public safety, leadership, and service to the community. JLEA is about more than learning about law enforcement — it’s about building relationships, developing leadership skills, encouraging positive decision-making, and giving young people an opportunity to connect with the officers who serve their community.
