I travelled to Mars (Vlog)

I travelled to Mars. Not a simulation. Not a training exercise. Mars. I landed the Wayfarer in Kestrel Basin, took my first step in 38% gravity, set up a working base and tried to stop Martian dust from getting into everything I own. I drove across an ancient lakebed with Kip, tested the surface, explored a ravine and found something in the rock that I still can’t explain. I hope you learn a thing or two about mars and just how cool this planet is. Come with me. Ranger's Note* Everything in this video is built on real science (except for dog, kip). We produced 53 pages of scientific research covering Mars’s gravity, atmosphere, geology, radiation, weather, dust, surface conditions, space travel and the equipment needed to survive there.
