FYI: I missed something for this Elder God worth mentioning around Fatigue. The Stage 1 card of the Elder God mentions...when an investigator gets a fatigue token place it on the leftmost space of the stress or wound track blocking the space (take wound or stress if needed; but you can’t remove the tentacle marker from the rightmost space). When you take a Rest action you may heal 1 less to remove a fatigue token from them before healing.
