How to disassemble dyson air purifier. First, remove the filter cover and also the filter at the front and at the back. Remove all screws at the bottom of the dyson air purifier. Remove the bottom cover and you should see the gear now. Next remove the screws that hold the fan and the motor component. Now the dyson air purifier is being disassembled and you can access the pcb, on/off button, etc.
