Solo girl surviving alone in the wild with only a first aid kit and no other supplies. In this challenge, I head deep into the mangroves with nothing but a first aid kit to help me stay alive. No food, no shelter and no fancy gear. Just some creativity and whatever nature gives me. I build a solar still for water, create shelter, and even manage to start a fire using only what I have on hand. As I explore the mangroves, I search for natural resources and food, catching crabs by hand and cooking a wild meal over the fire.
