Do not brown or burn. Transfer to a plate. 02:03 – Roasted Chana: Dry roast 150 g for 1–2 minutes to remove residual moisture. Transfer to the plate. 02:47 – Makhana: Roast 40 g until crisp and easily crushable between your fingers. Transfer to the plate. 03:35 – Peanuts: Roast 40 g on low flame until the raw smell disappears and they begin crackling. Transfer to the plate. 04:18 – Almonds: Gently roast 20 g for 1–2 minutes. Transfer to the plate. 04:51 – Pumpkin Seeds: Roast 25 g briefly until lightly toasted. 05:12 – Sesame Seeds: Roast 15 g until slightly puffed. 05:42 – Flaxseeds: Roast 10 g on low heat until they puff up slightly. Step 2: Cool All Ingredients Completely 05:57 Spread all roasted ingredients on a plate. Allow them to cool completely to room temperature before grinding. Important: Never grind warm nuts and seeds, as they may release oil and make the powder sticky. Step 3: Grind into Protein Powder 06:05 Transfer all completely cooled roasted ingredients into a high-speed mixer-grinder jar. 06:08 Use PULSE MODE rather than continuous grinding. Grind for a few seconds, stop the mixer and open the lid. Mix the ingredients with a spoon and repeat the process. Continue until you get a fine, evenly ground powder. Important: Avoid continuous grinding because heat can release oils from the nuts and seeds, making the powder sticky. Step 4: Add Milk Powder 06:51 Add 50 g skimmed milk powder, if using. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined. This gives the protein powder a smoother texture and richer, market-style taste. Step 5: Store Properly 07:20 Transfer the prepared powder into a clean, completely dry airtight container. 07:50 Store in an airtight container. Suggested storage: 1–2 months at room temperature or up to 6 months refrigerated. Always use a clean, dry spoon. Step 6: Different Flavour Variations 08:23 – Chocolate Flavour: Take 1 cup of prepared protein powder and mix in 1 tbsp cocoa powder or drinking chocolate. 08:30 – Kesar-Elaichi Flavour: Add a few saffron strands and a pinch of cardamom powder. Mix well. protein powder recipe, immunity booster powder, dry fruits powder for milk, healthy milk recipe, homemade energy powder, doodh me milane wala powder, protein powder ghar par kaise banaye,
