So Oliver starts to fall for Chloe, but she feels guilty for dating with him, because Lois dated with Ollie before, and Chloe still has feelings for Jimmy. Therefore, in the beginning she tries to push him away, however she loes him too. Well, after a while she almost succeeded and he suggests that they need a break. After that Chloe realizes how important is Oliver for her, so the break-up becomes a proposal.
