MouseSteps Weekly #255 Bon Voyage Character Breakfast; Lunar Eclipse at WDW; Season of the Force DLP

In Mousesteps Weekly #255, we talk about the following topics: We first head to Trattoria al Forno for the Bon Voyage Character Breakfast. The restaurant is a quick walk from Epcot on the Walt Disney World Boardwalk, and breakfast features Flynn Rider, Rapunzel, Prince Eric and Ariel. We take a look at the food we ordered as well as the character interaction, parade and restaurant itself. We next head to Epcot briefly to check out the DVC member lounge in Journey Into Imagination. This was our first time inside the lounge, though we had been in the space when it was the former ImageWorks. LEGOLAND Florida offers LEGO Ninjago Weekends through February 4th, 2018. We take a look at what is offered, including meet and greets with Master Wu, Kai, Nya and Lloyd. Next, we head to Disney's Polynesian Resort to see and photograph the Lunar Blue Blood Moon. This is a very rare occurrence (the last time was 150 years ago!) Thanks to Curious Axel for videotaping this to share with us when Jeff forgot his video camera. After the eclipse, we head to the Magic Kingdom for a couple of hours after breakfast (Kona Cafe, which we will share in another episode) and show just a bit of that. Curious Axel is here in town now, but he gave us a great segment on Star Wars Season of the Force from Disneyland Paris! This includes the food and characters, along with the fantastic Star Wars: A Galactic Celebration on the Tower of Terror. Last, our California correspondents bring us coverage from the all-new Knott's Berry Farm Peanuts Celebration. It is an event geared toward younger kids and offers character meet and greets (Pigpen is new for Knott's!), food offerings, shows and fun photo opportunities. The event takes place on weekends through February 25th, 2018! Recorded 02/01/18 Featuring Commentary from Denise Preskitt and Jeff Lange.
