In today’s vlog, I’m taking you along for another ordinary day in my life in Vietnam, starting with an early morning trip to a local market for some grocery shopping. I spent around $7.55 on pork ribs, tofu, quail eggs, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and herbs for a traditional Vietnamese herbal drink. Then I head home to prepare a simple home-cooked lunch for my family of four. Nothing fancy—just rice, boiled vegetables, soup, braised pork and eggs, the kind of food we normally eat at home. 🍚 I’ll also show you how we make a traditional herbal drink that many Vietnamese families enjoy during hot weather. This is a very normal day for us—grocery shopping at the local market, preparing fresh ingredients, cooking at home, feeding our dogs, and sitting down for a simple family meal.
