How not to install a 0-10v commercial dimmer

Sometimes you get in a rush to try something out, and it doesn't go great. This was one of those times. But I got STARTED, which was the most important thing. Starting is the only way to finish. And now that I tried a few things, I have a new idea for how I'm going to properly terminate these wires and leave them serviceable for the future.
